The GrokDotCom FlySAS.com Challenge

August 10th, 2007 by Lars

Peter Lee from GrokDotCom has reviewed FlySAS.com, the second website in the WebAnalysts.Info challenge.

His conclusions:

  • The homepage is bland, gray, corporate and reminds him of Windows 95.
  • The website lacks engaging copy and a unique value proposition.
  • The image in the top banner is stealing the attention.
  • It’s not obvious that the website belongs to an airline.
  • The font size used in the left navigation is too small.
  • There’s not really any space between links.
  • There are some usability issues with the form.
