I think the idea is kinda good but AI chat really isnt ready. Cool user interface but if the main purpose for people is to enter questions Zaaz points out as suggestions wouldnt an oldschool menu be better?

Can you tell us how and if you measure customer satisfaction?

Anyway, it&#039;s refreshing to see businesses like Zaaz aren&#039;t afraid to experiment.</description>

Thanks for pointing out some of the ...erm... less conversational parts of our site. As you know, the site is still in beta and we&#039;re hard at work ironing out the kinks. 

We still believe that a conversation (imperfect though it may be sometimes) is more interesting than a monologue. With input like yours, the conversation will only get better. Please keep visiting.
