CPM Revisited (CPM Is Dead)

I wrote that CPM Is Dead on May 4th.
On May 23rd Tim Bourquin wrote Why CPM is Broken and Paul Colligan chimed in that CPM Is Dead.
I guess the only thing left to agree on is a date for the funeral.
